For a long time, I have been searching for a way to share my experience in both the professional and business realms while creating value for those who consume the information. It took me many hours of pacing around and countless showers to realize that I have been creating content every single day by nature.

What do you even mean, Nik? You might be asking right now. As you advance to a management position of any kind, people will potentially look up to you. For whatever reason, society made us this way. Don’t get me wrong; it makes sense. One would probably want their “boss” or “manager” to be an inspiring figure with the experience and the wisdom to lead them to the next steps of their career. Therefore, friends and strangers naturally started asking me for my opinion and/or advice daily.

Now if you think about it, that interaction as a whole is an act of creating content for that particular person. This doesn’t make sense for the creator and anyone who didn’t get to consume that content, as it could be much more scalable and fruitful for everyone. A solution to that problem would be for the content to be available in a publicly shared setup. Hence, I decided to generate content through guides or long thoughts like this.
